Where are the Masters being held? And, if the bulk of the field is from Christchurch, will that effect where they're being held?
Hamilton and no......last year 50% were Auckland based but it was in Wellington
You may not see the top half of the field then, which is a shame but it's unlikely that more than a couple will have the funds to travel
Unfortunately that is an unavoidable reality of life sometimes.Last year three Southern players benefited from others declining and attended the Wellington event. One way to defer costs is to host the event one year in Chch
We would love to host it down south for once. Our community has grown a lot over the past few years. We did benefit going to last years masters but still people declining or not there was only 8 40K players at masters. :)
