The Army Restrictions Committee (AR.Com) have released the second draft of their comp for ETC 2014.

Odd to see Black Horror comped as hard as Purple Sun. The Dark Elf comp on the whole feels a bit too much.
ReplyDeleteEmpire comp seems a bit too harsh.
Lizard comp seems very light now.
